Virtual Class

In order to participate, please:

Be on time for each class so the coach and other participants are not waiting to begin.
Wear athletic comfortable clothing and have water to drink during breaks.
Be sure the camera is situated somewhere where the coach can see your child’s full body, and your child can see the screen to follow instruction as well.
Show your child how to mute/unmute themselves on Google Meet if they do not already know how to do so. We want to be sure all participants know how to do this in case they have questions during instruction/the class.
We recommend using Google Chrome as your web-browser, as there are often times technical issues with Safari.
- Your email needs to be invited to the meeting in order to access it. If someone else will be logging your child(ren) into these classes, please send us their email address so we can insure they are also invited.
